Rooms: Overview
Our positioning is simple. Our goal is to offer as low-cost as possible lodging, in a relatively costly part of the island. Firstly we renovated the interior of the rooms to be as homey, clean and comfortable as we can. Room 7 is by far the largest, and is Bay View. Room 8 is a little larger than the others and the only room with a private bath. The rest of the rooms are roughly 11′ x 12′ , small but comfortable.
No TV in rooms, no A/C: We know of no place in Hana with Air Conditioning or room TVs, excepting the big hotel, and at a substantially higher price. Worth it, some amazing places. We are for folks who want to have a decent place at a fair price, save some money for other vacation expenses, and do not set their expectations up to the huge resorts. We are an 8 room Hawaiian bed and breakfast. We are a place to stop over and stay in Hana, get some rest, and get an early start to experience more of the old Hawai’i Hana side. FREE Parking one car, FREE Internet, Complimentary good Coffee/Tea in the morning. Make-yourself oatmeal, Seasonal fruit from the property.
Our cancellation policy: Firstly please be as sure as possible before booking. If something needs to be canceled or modified, please notify us as soon as possible. Less than 2 weeks before arrival can equal no refund, so please do take care on that. One (1) month prior for Whole House. There is a $25 rebooking fee. Covid 19 has made it so we also offer full value Gift Certificates/vouchers. They do not expire, and are transferable,

ROOMS 1, 2 AND 3 DOWNSTAIRS
Our Economy specials – Room 1 for a single or double, up to 3 people maximum. Room 2 (corner room) and room 3 also maximum up to 3. Lodging and GE tax totals +14.25%. The 3 Downstairs bedrooms have EXCLUSIVE use of their own bathroom, per family. Total of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, the living room and Kitchen are down stairs.

Room 2, Makai Room, Double bed and a single bed.

Room 3, Ohana Room, ground floor. Double bed and a single bed.

Room 4 UPSTAIRS
Room 4, Mauka Room, upstairs, Double bed and a single bed
Garden and Mountain (Fagan’s Cross) View. Same floor plan as the downstairs rooms, having brighter, airier, more windows and good isolation. This Bedroom has ensuite bathroom. PLEASE note: a child is under 7 years old FREE, else add as an additional person. 3 people in the room, including a child is maximum.
Room 5, Makanui Room 5 Hana Bay View. Honeymoon Room – Corner upstairs with a Hana Bay View and a King Sized Bed. Suitable as a single or a double room. Corner room.

ROOMS 5, 6 and 7 UPSTAIRS . Our Hana Bay View rooms – Rooms 5 and 6 both serve as our Honeymoon Rooms, with new King Beds, nice furnishings, in a relatively small Hana Bay and coast view room. Each Bedroom will have EXCLUSIVE use of their own bathroom, per family.
Room 6, Makoa Room, Hana Bay View. Honeymoon Room Upstairs, King sized bed. Suitable as a single or a double room.
Pricing starting at $169 and up seasonally + tax for a single or a couple.
Room 7, Big Kahuna room. Queen bed and a Full XL bed as well as a single XL bunk bed, for a total of 4 beds.
Pricing on Booking pages for 4 people, and add on + tax if 5 or 6 people. PLEASE note: a child is under 7 years old, else add as an additional person. 6 people maximum. Private, exclusive use bathroom in Hallway. Hana Bay view from room and patio.
Room 8 upstairs, Nani No Hana Suite. Queen size bed, en suite bathroom. Honeymoon Room. Suitable as a single or a double room.
ROOM 8 UPSTAIRS
Garden and Mountain side view, the only room that has its own bathroom in the room. New Queen Bed, and nicer furnishings.

Room 7 features an exterior entry from private deck.
This space is Ideal for friend groups and families traveling with children.
HANA INN UNDERVIEW:
Interior and exterior Renovated. We have renovated the rooms, and the bathrooms. A lot of work has gone into the landscaping – planting trees and many Hawaiian plants. If having a great “we are already in Hana this morning!” experience and head off to enjoy some of the many scenic places try our little Inn – visit the waterfalls, the bay, the pools and beaches. Come back in the evening after feasting at the wonderful food truck’s faire, sit around and chat with our international blend of visitors from around the planet on the patios, or retire early, Get another early morning start – before all the ‘Tourists” arrive late morning. We will be pleased to have you as guests.
