We are often asked if more than one night in Hana is recommended, and our answer is yes! There is so much to see and do in Hana and the surrounding area that if you are able to stay for 2 or 3 nights at least we highly suggest this. Between our black sand beach, white sand beach, hiking trails, hikes to waterfalls, fresh water pools, wonderful shops, amazing food and cultural events, you just can’t see it all in a quick trip.

Choose Your Ideal Room:

  • Upstairs (Rooms 4-8): Recommended for visitors; larger rooms with enhanced amenities.

     

  • Downstairs (Rooms 1-3): Ideal for Kama’aina (local residents), but available to all visitors.

     

All rooms have private, exclusive-use bathrooms. For those seeking extra privacy, we recommend you book one of our En-suite Rooms, which are rooms 3, 4, 7, and 8.


 For larger groups, inquire about renting the entire house (sleeps up to 24 max), the upstairs (sleeps 15 max ), or the downstairs (sleeps 9 max).

Room Cooling:

    • Yes, ceiling and floor fans are provided.
  • No air conditioning.
  • Yes, this is a rainforest. It can get hot during summer, and rain is common.
  • Yes, October through April it usually does cool down. 
  • Warmer months are May through September.

Private Bathrooms:

  • Yes, we do have rooms with an attached bathroom (en-suite). Rooms #3, #4, #7 and #8. 
  • Yes, ALL our rooms have their own private bathroom.  
  • The other rooms` private baths are across the hallway.

Self service breakfast:

  • Yes, breakfast is self service in the downstairs kitchen.  
  • We offer:  instant oatmeal, coffee (flavored and unflavored), sugar and powdered creamer. Black and herbal teas and hot cocoa. 

Amenities: 

       Shared kitchen has: full size fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric        

      kettle, stove and oven. 

  • Your room has its own minifridge.
  • We provide linens, towels, body wash, shampoo and hand soap.
  • Yes, the tap water is drinkable.
  • Yes, there is filtered water from the full size fridge door in the downstairs shared kitchen. 
  • Yes, upstairs suites have water filter jugs and cups already prepared for you.
  • Yes, Hana Ranch Restaurant will usually be playing sporting events. 
  • No, none of our rooms have individual tv.
